Om Samaj Dental Hospital health camp completed in Banasthali, journalists and organizations honored

Kathmandu, Rajan Thapa, July 10 – The free health camp organized by Om Samaj Dental Hospital Banasthali branch today has been completed grandly. This time, the monthly camp was organized in collaboration with Lions Club of Kathmandu Indra Annapurna Yoga, Rolpali Cheli Foundation, Lions Club of Balkumari Sangla and Tarkeshwor Club-60.
The camp, conducted under the ‘From Road to House’ campaign, provided free dental health services to citizens from different areas of Kathmandu.
As a special attraction of the camp, journalists and social organizations who have been contributing to the health sector were honored. They were honored under the chief guestship of Nepal’s popular actor Sridev Bhattarai.
At the program, Sabina Papan Gurung, head of the Om Samaj Dental Hospital Banasthali branch, said, “It is a matter of pride for us to honor journalists and supporting organizations active in the health sector. We are very happy to organize such a program for the first time.”
The honorees were traditionally welcomed by the president of the Rolpali Cheli Foundation with a tika on their foreheads.
The journalists who received the honor were Nandalal Kharel, Jayaram Bidari, D.B. Parajuli, Dinesh Lamichhane, Ganga Bhetwal, Santosh Tiwari, Recep Acharya, Arbendra Gautam, Kalpana Karki, Rita Nepali, Bimala Nepali, Durga Neupane, among others.
Medpoint Hospital, Satungal Expands Quality Services

The program was attended by Siju Adhikari, Head of Publicity Department of Om Samaj Dental Hospital, Dr. Gauri Shrestha, representatives from Medpoint Hospital, and actor Sridev Bhattarai were present. According to the organizers, this honor program is expected to inspire journalists and social organizations to do more public service-oriented work.
